Vision of the Team
Removing barriers so people can encounter Jesus and feel like Familia from their very first moment. From the way we greet someone in the parking lot to the way we help them find their seat, every interaction matters. Our goal isn't just to be friendly. It's to create an intentional environment where people feel seen, cared for, and at home. Every smile matters. Every conversation matters. Every first impression matters. Because every person matters.
The Impact
The first few moments of someone's visit can shape their entire experience. People walk through our doors carrying nerves, questions, past experiences, or simply not knowing what to expect. But when they're met with warmth, kindness, and genuine care, barriers begin to come down. We've seen Guest Experience become the moment where:
Guest Experience prepares the way for everything that follows. When people feel seen, they become more open. And when barriers are removed, people have more room to encounter Jesus.
Find Your Place
The Guest Experience Team is made up of different roles working together toward one purpose. There are opportunities to serve with:
Each role plays an important part in creating a welcoming, smooth, and distraction-free environment from the moment someone arrives. You don't have to be the loudest person in the room or have everything figured out. If you love people, there's a place for you here.
Your Next Step
Serving on Guest Experience is more than filling a role. It's an opportunity to help someone feel like they belong before they ever find their seat. You get to welcome people, build relationships, serve alongside Familia, and help create the perfect place for imperfect people to experience Jesus. If you love people and want to help create an environment where others feel at home, we'd love to get you connected.
